**Description** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Procure all job specific materials as requisitioned by project team. + Negotiate pricing to best market levels. + Expedite all deliveries to jobsite. + Communicate accurate delivery dates to project team. + Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies in the field involving product procurement. + Enter purchase orders into software systems (Viewpoint & Material Management). + Reconcile all invoicing problems from distributors for payment processing. + Analyze and evaluate distribution stock levels and delivery performance. + Provide product information to project team for application purposes. + Follow prescribed company policies, departmental procedures and sound procurement practices. + Be willing to assist in any endeavor needed for the benefit of the company. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
