The successful candidate will support a wide variety of standard procurement activities. Negotiate, award, and administer subcontracts and purchase orders in Firm-Fixed Price, Time and Material, Labor Hour and Cost Reimbursement environments. Responsible for all aspects of subcontract administration. Interface with technical organizations in development of pre-procurement plans, statements or work, and costs estimates. Negotiate, place, and administer purchase orders and modifications with suppliers for materials and services following established policies and procedures. Prepare written procurement documents such as justification for award, negotiation memorandums, and cost/price analysis. Exempt Grade Level(s) (26-28) Minimum Requirements:These requirements must be met to be considered for this posting.
