Description We are offering an opportunity for a Buyer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The industry in which we operate requires the Buyer to efficiently process orders, maintain inventory levels, and negotiate with vendors. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of orders based on inventory counts. • Maintaining optimal inventory levels by forecasting purchases. • Negotiating with vendors to secure the best prices. • Conducting thorough inventory analysis to ensure product availability. • Regulating stocking levels and lead times. • Utilizing Sage software and other ERP solutions for various tasks. • Carrying out accounting functions and managing accounts payable. • Leveraging buying processes and communication skills to improve operations. • Making use of skills in Enterprise Resource Planning and About Time. • Applying knowledge of Epicor and Chef for efficient operations. Requirements • Applicant must have experience as a Chef. • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning is required. • Familiarity with Epicor software is a must. • Comprehensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Experience with ERP Solutions is highly desirable. • Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial. • Ability to handle Accounting Functions is necessary. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Expertise in Buying Processes is a must. • Excellent Communication skills are essential.
