Are you a detail-oriented professional with a talent for streamlining procurement processes and building strong vendor relationships? TalentWorld is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer for our client in Windsor. This role involves managing purchase requisitions, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth procurement processes to support our operations. 

Buyer Responsibilities:

Process and evaluate daily purchase requisitions from operating departments Prepare, assess, and summarize quotations/tenders according to the purchasing policy. Place replenishment orders with vendors to maintain store inventories at established levels. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor. Expedite critical delivery orders and resolve past due orders to prevent operational delays. Work closely with vendors and sales/accounts receivable staff to resolve discrepancies Conduct market research and interview vendor representatives to evaluate new product offerings. Maintain records related to RMS, MSDS sheets, vendor insurances, and WSIB clearance certificates to ensure compliance. Buyer Qualifications: 3 years of previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. A strong understanding of SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Employment Details:
Pay: $27.18
Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm, In-Office
