**Job Description** We are currently searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this position will be responsible for purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and supplies for production facilities by performing the following duties personally. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and supplies. + Coordinate with production facilities to ensure timely procurement of necessary items. + Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and inventory levels. + Utilize ERP systems to track and manage procurement processes. + Perform data entry tasks related to purchasing and inventory management. + Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED + Three years of related experience and/or training + Proficiency in purchase orders, Excel, ERP systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office + Strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus + Ability to work under minimal supervision and plan workload effectively + Extraordinary discretion and flexibility **Why Work Here?** We offer an environment where you can work under minimal supervision, plan your workload, and establish work priorities effectively.
