ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES: + Places and expedites purchase orders (POs); maintains and updates systems and documentation + Reviews ERP system for recommended buys and evaluates requirements and follows up on ERP recommendations for PO schedule changes + Communicates with internal departments to meet business goals for on time delivery + Responsible for tracking late deliveries and negotiating returns on defective materials + Assist in new part setups. location changes, and data maintenance + Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: + Demonstrated Ability to work well with others + Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on details + Proficient with MS Office Suite. + MRP Experience + Experience working with cross-functional project teams + Highly motivated, Positive attitude + Good oral and written communication skills + Must be able to think independently, solve difficult problems, and achieve goals + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to work in Warrendale, PA.
