Job Title: Buyer Planner Job Description We are seeking a Buyer Planner to manage purchase orders within a commercial supply chain. This role involves inventory management and creating purchase orders for direct materials. The day-to-day focus will be on commercial business operations. Responsibilities + Manage purchase orders for the commercial supply chain. + Oversee inventory management, including sending materials to production and ensuring quantities match system records. + Create purchase orders for direct materials as instructed by the Sr Planner. + Update order quantities as needed. + Generate high-volume Excel data reports and ensure attention to detail. Essential Skills + Experience in inventory management. + Proficiency in purchasing and procurement processes. + Knowledge of supply chain operations. + Ability to manage purchase orders and inventory control. + Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems. + Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP. + Attention to detail. + Understanding of GXP and GMP regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, but life sciences or medical devices experience is acceptable. Work Environment The position requires five days onsite for the first three months of training, with the potential for one remote day afterward. The role involves working with ERP and SAP systems and handling high-volume Excel data report Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
