Responsibilities;

Implementing, maintaining and optimizing logistics systems and MPS systemsHandling orders and requests from Customers ServiceCoordinate delivery times, place purchase orders and monitoring incoming deliveriesUpdate orders with confirmed delivery times from vendorsCoordinate and manage outsourced productionMonitor established production planningManaging the article file for the relevant article group and the orders plans and parametersPrepare work lists for Operational departmentsPrepare analysis and update systems accordinglyAll administrative actions resulting from the above tasks

Education, Experience & Skills Required;

Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented attitudeFlexible and proactive work attitude with a strong ability to set prioritiesAbility to devise concepts and implement them in practiceProduction-oriented and quality-conscious attitude with strong analytical skillsExcellent command of the English language in words and writing.Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferredExperience with Oracle &/or SAP (or other ERP systems)Able to show situational adaptability and resourcefulnessStrong ability to manage daily workloadPolytechnic Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent (undergraduate) or B.Sc in Business Administration or Equivalent or B.Com in Marketing or Equivalent or equivalent work experience preferred1 – 3 years of professional purchase experience required
