Managing overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting. **Responsibilities** • Handling large budgets for media campaigns • Developing specific campaigns for high-quality outcomes • Campaign targeting, projections, launch, pacing, optimization, and reporting • Participating in production tasks related to activation • Generating reports on program content and media analytics • Maintaining buys, tracking delivery, and securing make-goods • Assisting with pre-campaign and post-campaign requirements • Troubleshooting revenue models and resolving campaign issues • Handling online advertiser and publisher queries • Training and collaborating with peers • Continuous learning and self-improvement **Qualifications** **Qualification:** • B2 or above english language level (Versant) • Bachelor's Degree • 6 months - 1 year in roles related to Project Management or Marketing **Skills:** • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (Must) • Negotiation and project management skills (Must) • Proactive and purposeful person (Must) • Knowledge of media buying and advertising • Ability to measure and analyze campaign performance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
