What happens next?
Once you’ve completed the application process and uploaded the initial documentation, our Talent Acquisition team will review your details and direct your application to the most suitable position we have available. From there, you will be asked to conduct a video interview and then a direct chat with the Talent team.
If successful, you will be asked to:
Supply a National Police Clearance less than 6 months old Supply a valid Drivers licence – Manual C class preferred but not essential Where applicable, pass a pre-employment medical including drug screen, functional movement and general wellness suitability Complete required company and site inductions in a timely manner Provide relevant tickets or qualifications for your role (Forklift licence, RSA, Chef qualification etc. As applies)
Please note:
ideally, you will need to mobilise from the nearest regional centre to the site you’re applying to (For FIFO positions, alternate flight locations may be available depending on the site). Generally WA roles mobilise from Perth with flights provided. NSW and QLD roles are DIDO. Please ask the Talent team for further information should you have any questions about this.
