**POSITION SUMMARY**
Home Health Account Managers are tasked with generating new revenue and growing market share for Byram Healthcare through Home Health Agencies within a defined geographical territory. Revenue includes business to business and direct to consumer opportunities for all medical supplies used by a Home Health Agency. Therapies include Wound Care, Urology, Ostomy, Incontinence, and Diabetes. Home Health Account Managers are responsible for providing high quality service to our Home Health Agencies for the efficient and profitable operation of Byram.
**_The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $65,000 - $80,000 annually with uncapped commission opportunity. Please note that this will be dependent on years of experience and geographic location._**
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
+ Conduct sales calls daily. **Sales calls are field based** and should be pre-scheduled as often as possible.
+ Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts; conduct business reviews on all accounts
+ Conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business. Pre and post call reviews are also to be conducted.
+ Focus core business activities within assigned geography’s top home health agencies.
+ Lead sales efforts in with large home health agencies and IDN opportunities within a geographical area.
+ Conduct presentations at the C-suite level, effectively communicating Byram’s value proposition within large IDN’s and home health agencies.
+ Direct accounts and internal team through the onboarding process.
+ Maintain a high level of knowledge on Byram service, products, and managed care contracts. Account Managers must be able to properly articulate and educate this information to healthcare professionals or referral sources.
+ Endeavor to learn all aspects of the Home Health business from customers point of view.
+ Attend state and local trade association meetings.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ 3-5 years’ sales experience, **HEALTHCARE AND/OR SERVICE SALES STRONGLY preferred**
+ **Knowledge of Home Health Care a plus!**
+ Strategic selling ability to collaborate at the Director level and above.
+ High aptitude with numbers and managing multiple projects through inception to completion.
+ Understanding of third-party billing and reimbursement and formulary management.
+ Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the defined geographical region.
+ Extensive travel throughout the assigned area.
