Byram Inside Account Managers are part of a fast-paced collaborative team tasked with generating new revenue and growing market share for Byram Healthcare within a defined territory.

The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $60,000 - $70,000 annually with uncapped commission opportunity. Please note that this will be dependent on years of experience, and geographic location.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:  Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts. Conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business.  Pre and post call reviews are also to be conducted.  Collaborate with Byram’s manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunity.   Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program to ensure all legal and ethical requirements and regulations are met.   Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care to develop and execute pull through initiatives for all referral sources within their defined territory.  Maintain a high level of knowledge on Byram service, products, and managed care contracts.  Account Managers must be able to properly articulate and educate this information to any healthcare professional or referral source .   QualificationsBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred2-4 years sales experience, healthcare and/or B2B service sales preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple items at onceAbility to work a HYBRID SCHEDULE required
