The Urology Account Manager is a key position within the sales organization. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, Urology, this person is responsible for generating new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Calling on urology offices, rehab facilities, and spina bifida clinics.
Conducting sales presentations, in-services, and developing strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners.
Identifying & securing new customers while nurturing relationships with the existing offices in the urology category.
Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram services, products, and Managed Care contracts.
Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with Byram teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities.
Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned geographic territory.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not necessary.
2-3 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred.
*Service-based selling experience is a strong plus.
Track record of success with the ability to demonstrate sales growth & quota attainment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Proficient in MS Office.
Due to the nature of the position, clean driving record, reliable transportation and the ability to drive a car with 90% travel each day.
Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required.
The base salary range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$100,000 per year. This range may vary based on years of relevant experience and geographic location.
