Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a C#/Angular Programmer to support the IT program at a major national laboratory. The team manages, develops, and maintains applications primarily for the Field Intelligence Element and Safeguards and Security organizations. These 30+ applications are utilized to help facilitate and maintain the security posture for the laboratory.
Responsibilities Analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying innovative software solutions to meet customers’ needs Effective collaboration with all levels of internal personnel, including building successful working relationships, outstanding customer service, and strong technical leadership abilities is key to this role.Analyze design, develop, and deploy full-stack .NET web applications supporting our customers.Support existing applications using a variety of legacy technologies (primarily .NET) and modernize these applications.Develop technological improvements to our team’s toolchain (for example, our CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure APIs, testing framework, or our microservice deployment platform). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 8 years of experienceIn lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable.U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance.Experience with full-stack web developmentExperience developing in .NET (C#), MS SQL, AngularExperience with relational database design and usageExperience agile developmentExperience with container orchestration technologiesKnowledge in software engineering and the ability to work across the full stack of web development technologies.Desired Skills
