Description We are in search of a proficient C# Developer to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This contract role will be 100% remote. In this role, you will be tasked with the development and maintenance of internal applications using C# and .NET technologies, working closely with network engineers to ensure efficient and scalable network services. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain internal applications using C# and .NET technologies. • Collaborate with network engineers to design and implement efficient and scalable network services. • Work on network-related functionalities including communication protocols, socket programming, and packet-level processing. • Ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization for the utility. • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed. • Work independently and within a team, managing time and priorities effectively. • Use strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex networking issues. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Maintain proficiency in Agile Scrum, API Development, ASP.NET, and C Sharp Programming (C#). Requirements • Proven experience in the Wholesale Distribution industry • Proficient in C Sharp Programming (C#) • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology • Proficiency in API Development • Demonstrable skills in ASP.NET • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong understanding of software development principles • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Must have a keen eye for detail • Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies quickly • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Must have legal right to work in the specified location.
