Job Description 1. Develop and refactor multi-process/multi-threaded applications in C++. 2. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. 3. Demonstrate ability to work independently on complex technical projects. 4. Conduct research and development to create innovative solutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. 6. Contribute to GitHub repositories and maintain active involvement in coding projects. 7. Engage in physical work during travel, which may include server installations or troubleshooting in various climates (hot/cold conditions). 8. Adhere to software development lifecycle processes, ensuring quality and documentation. 9. Participate in up to 25% travel for on-site engagements. Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
