The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to
Conduct the design, development and deployment of training courses for pilot and maintenance workers using variety of media and methods
Work with subject matter experts/courseware developers and other resources to identify required instructional content
Ensure all written materials reflect proper language structure, grammar and spelling and effectively target their intended audience
Partner with course instructors in determining the effectiveness of instructional materials
Explore new technologies for potential application in the instructional process
Work with the technical team to manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS)
Are you ready to:
Coordinate and participate in all aspects of the instructional design process (ADDIE)
Design and develop ILT and CBT
Support change management process
Support customers with their eLearning and ePublication requirements
Support the integration of new technologies into flight training programs
Provide weekly verbal and monthly written reports on progress and status of any given project.
Liaise with different working groups to ensure coordination between customer product requests and product development cycle.
Work in collaboration with other Instructional Designers to facilitate project completions and product deliveries.
Our ideal candidate has:
Have some experience in instructional systems and eLearning development.
Are proficient with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
Must possess excellent English writing skills and French knowledge.
Possess the ability to foster communication and teamwork, while exhibiting a level of commitment, professionalism, and good judgment.
Have developed your analytical skills.
Are motivated, innovative, self-directed, and able to work independently.
Prior experience with Learning Management Systems and multimedia development applications (Asset)
Preferred Education
Pursuing a degree in Educational Technology program or studying in the field of Adult Learning.
Location of the internship is CAE Montreal.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
