C&I Operations Leader
Operations Leader; Construction & Infrastructure Aon is looking for an Operations Leader for its Construction & Infrastructure group. This vacancy is eligible under Aon's SmartWorking policy and is therefore a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Toronto office. What the day will look like Management responsibility for C&I Managers and Leaders as assigned by National Leader and or C&I Chair, Doug Correa; Work with National Leader and the C&I Managers on colleague initiatives including Talent Review, Goal Setting and Training; Work in conjunction with C&I Managers to drive Account Receivable performance; Work in conjunction with National Leader and other key C&I stakeholders to develop and deliver forward looking business plans; Collaborate with the C&I Operations Committee to establish and oversee C&I working groups focused on key initiatives; Identifying specific client and prospect needs and developing innovative and cost effective solutions; Work with C&I Managers and Aon colleagues to develop and deliver on procedures and ensure internal client files and correspondence are in compliance with Aon audit standards; Working with the National Leader and C&I Managers to execute Aon’s 3x3 plan, cross-selling and expanding the existing insurance programs with our clients; assist colleagues to develop and manage client relationships in order to increase penetration sales and cultivate new business opportunities; Work with C&I Managers to ensure effective collaboration within regions and branches; Participating in industry sponsored events and maximize opportunities to become involved with various industry committees; Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
