Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment
