Summary\:
The Program Manager of Career Connected Learning PHL (C2L-PHL) under the Lenfest Center for Community Workforce Partnerships is responsible for providing day-to-day management and the achievement of programmatic and data benchmarks for year-round and summer. Benchmarks include recruitment, enrollment/retention, eligibility determination, supportive services, work-based learning opportunities, employer engagement professional development and advertisement of the program. Responsibilities include program development, implementation, supervision, professional development of staff/consultants/trainers/student workers and field instruction of MSW/BSW interns from School of Social Work. Acting as a liaison, the incumbent maintains links with the Department, Temple University’s external community, LCCWP’s internal programs and the funding agency. The C2L-PHL Program Manager takes the lead role in representing our workforce development program, monitoring the coordination of services/outcomes,assuring timely completion of program reports/audits/data, and ensuring program staff and
participants are adhering to government/department/funder policies. Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience\:
Bachelor’s degree in social work or other related fields and at least three (3) years of directly related experience working in a non-profit environment, with direct experience in program management, supervision, evaluation and working with youth/young adults in a diverse learning environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred\: *Master’s degree in social work or other related fields.
*Experience with facilitating workshops, developing presentations, and fostering collaborative relationships with community agencies/businesses.
*Experience scheduling appointments, facilitating, and scoring assessments, and discussing/explaining pretest and posttest scores,
*Experience entering data into mid-large size data systems required. *Excellent technology, data management, data entry, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
*Experience with electronic systems, managing social media entities (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a diverse population of staff, students, community members, and youth.
*Demonstrated organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. *Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet, data management, file conversion, systems troubleshooting, explaining technology to low-level computer users, and troubleshooting issues with staff and IT professionals.
*Proven competency in\: (1). Microsoft Office/Office 365 products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; (2). Google apps\: Docs, Sheets, Slides; Zoom, (3.) Competency with data collection/management/entry tools. Ability/interest in updating technology skills as needed.
*Available to occasional work evening and weekend hours for special events.

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
