THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. This intern opportunity is in the Premium department. The Premium team is responsible for planning and executing all of the premium areas at each festival which includes GA+, VIP, Cabanas, Platinum, and Super Premium. You can expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, working 15-20 hours per week. You must have availability to be in office from Tues-Thurs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Service support

Assist with printing all festival creative collateral

Staffing support

Create festival staff informational packetsResearch staffing software for 2025 festival season

Budget support

Enter invoices into C3POGeneral C3PO maintenance Assist with maintenance of festival budget trackers

On-site at ACL

Work both festival weekends in a support role for Premium department (Thursday – Sunday)

Premium Amenities

Market research into festival amenities that we can offer in Premium areas in 2025, as well as, new ideas for guest gifts   

Ongoing curriculum

Weekly meeting with different person of the department to learn more about the inner workings of PremiumParticipate in festival deep dive meetingsParticipate in festival design meetings PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThis role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday.
