Bowhead is seeking to network with C3I Systems Analysts who will work as part of an Enterprise Data Management team tasked with the analysis of the U.S. Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) system portfolio to develop and consult in the implementation of an Enterprise Data Management Strategy, Roadmap, and implementation plan.

Responsibilities Analyses Marine Corps, Naval, Joint, Coalition, and Unified doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures, architectures, and related documentation to ensure C3I systems meet the necessary requirements.Provides recommendations to management personnel for systems changes to meet future needs.Develops recommended requirements, program, and system-level change documentation to meet the Enterprise Data Management StrategyLead team of data professionals and be the primary technical POC with the customerPlan, organize and oversee multiple concurrent customer engagements Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field

• Minimum of 25 years of experience

• Analytical skills relating to systems definition, requirements, design, and implementation

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing for required customer support and requirement gathering and validation

• Experience capabilities/requirements/analysis of alternatives documentation development

• Knowledge of military C3 and/or Intelligence systems a plus

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Ability to communicate effectively senior government customers.

• To receive and respond to instructions/assignments, must be able to read, write and speak English.

 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

 

Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
