Noblis MSD has an immediate opening for a C4I Test Lead working 100% onsite at NIWC Pacific in Point Loma. 

Candidate MUST possess an active TS clearance and be SCI eligible. 

 

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership of test team as well as conducting testing and leading test events.Responsible for the liaison between government teams, other developers and integrated programsMust possess strong technical and interpersonal skills.Test and execute Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CICD) for SCI classified CANES based networks. Develop and deliver assigned portions of C4I System of Systems test strategy, schedule, infrastructure and test artifacts, primarily for End-to-End tests and Application Integration/Systems Integration Test (AI SIT) eventsWork with various components of the CANES system to include virtualization, storage, networking, workstations, and servers in both Windows and Linux environmentsWrite test reports and provide corrections and red lines to engineering change requests as outputs to test events.  Develop assigned portion of end-to-end test plans, test procedure, daily status report, and quick look report  Required Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in a technical area + 5 years of experience OR Associate's Degree 8 years of experience + OR High School + 11 years of relevant experience.Must have 3+ years of testing experience on complex Naval SystemsMust have demonstrated experience in leading teams and collaboration with senior government and military staff.Must have CICD experienceMust have experience in Ansible and Python and scripting knowledgeMust have experience in managing and provisioning IT infrastructures such as servers, networks, and storage, using code instead of manual configuration, allowing for consistent, repeatable deployments across different environments through configuration files that define the desired infrastructure stateIAT Il CSWF current compliance including IA and technical certificationsActive TS clearance with SCI EligibilityUS Citizen Desired Qualifications

 

Experience with PMW 790 TSP is desiredExperience with SCI applicationsTest and evaluation backgroundExperience with Windows OSExperience with Cisco Router and Switch configurations and equipmentPrior experience in writing test plans, test procedure, test reportsKnowledge in network test tools such as Spirent TestCenter/Avalanche, Wireshark capture with nTAP devicesBackground in Agile development methodologies Overview

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range USD $107,100.00 - USD $167,325.00 /Yr. Commitment to Non-Discrimination
