CA Case Manager

Manage the CA product offering from cross-functional requirements and inputs from the Customer Engineering design groups and Sales Engineering. This position provides the technical documentation and CA product structure direction for all CA activities. Knowledge of variant string impact to Product Offer is critical to enhance migration of Customer Adaptation solutions to standard KOLA documentation coverage.

Core Responsibilities Maintain the Customer Adaptation (CA) offering by issuing Published CA structure to ProBuilder for user selection in the Sales tool Lead quoting activities in the Customer Engineering department to provide all estimated costs for customer adaptation quotations Enter and maintain cost information in CAQ for the CA product offering published in the Sales tool Facilitate the documentation and maintenance of CA structure (job library) in CAQ Makes decisions and recommendations related to KOLA structure and CA documentation Represent CA Quotations & Product Offer in all Local and Global KOLA/Publication related forums Oversee variant family documentation of CAs to be applied to customer orders as necessary Make recommendations for promotion of CA solutions to standard KOLA documentation coverage Assist with other quotation activities, including investigating and verifying technical feasibility and providing lead times for new and project related CA requests Investigate, map and document the overall Published CA product offering in CAQ for the Volvo Trucks organization that helps drive maximum sales revenue Work closely with GTT and the other required organizations to constantly improve project introductions, changes, and product offering Support daily customer order processing by administering the CA technical authorization process Monitor standard product changes that effect the CA offering Provide product documentation expertise within Customer Engineering Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Education:

Education should be 2 year engineering degree with 5 years of experience or 4 year engineering degree and relevant experience.
