**Job Title: Cabinet Fabricator** **Job Description** We are a National manufacturing company specializing in custom store fixtures, signage, and countertops for retail, automotive, and casino industries. We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Fabricator to join our Commercial Cabinet Division in Rapid City, SD. The ideal candidate will have experience in building cabinets, halfwalls, countertops, and other architectural millwork pieces as detailed in our shop drawings. We offer competitive hourly wages, paid time off, insurance, and a 401k plan. **Responsibilities** + Take machined parts and build cabinets, halfwalls, countertops, and other architectural millwork pieces as detailed in shop drawings. + Read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately. + Operate a variety of saws and small hand tools. + Perform finish work and final details on the edging of countertops. + Load and unload trucks. + Lift up to 100 pounds. + Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager. **Essential Skills** + Firm understanding of building cabinets and laminating. + Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure. + Proficient in operating a variety of saws and small hand tools. + Capability to lift up to 100 pounds. + Previous cabinet fabrication experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, woodworking, and cabinetry. + Skills in using hand and power tools. + Experience in production, carpentry, and assembly. **Why Work Here?** We are a family-owned and operated business that values our employees. The candidate will perform finish work and final details on countertops. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 4 pm or until the work is done, often resulting in 50-60 hour work weeks. There is one local position that allows you to be home every night and one traveling position that may require being out of town for a week at a time with a per diem.
