**Urgently Hiring Electronics Assemblers!** **Pay: $17 - $22 per hour Location: Fairfield, NJ Shift: 7am - 4:30pm** **Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Plenty of Over-Time** **Responsibilities** + Interpret drawings and blueprints for assembly completion. + Wrap, crimp, and strip wires for proper assembly fabrication. + Identify correct parts and report any missing parts or problems. + Inspect work and complete repairs and reworks as required. + Conduct and document tests of units as per specifications. + Work with cable strippers, crimpers, and wrappers to produce assemblies according to customer specifications.. + . **Work Environment** You will be working in a climate-controlled environment with a medium work pace that focuses on quality over quantity. Our orders are typically small to medium-sized. The dress code is casual, allowing T-shirts, shorts or jeans, and tennis shoes. We are a small to medium-sized company with about 40 employees, fostering a team-oriented culture where everyone works together and wears multiple hats to complete jobs.
