Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour

Helpmates is seeking a strong candidate with experience in soldering, assembly, cable harnessing, and IPC 620 certification.

Regular Schedule: Monday  - Friday 6:15 am - 2:45 pm 
\nPay Rate: $24 - $27/hr. DOE 

\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n\n\tExperience required in soldering.\n\tCable harness assembly, potting and molding\n\tAerospace experience is strongly preferred.\n\tAbility to interpret technical drawings is essential.\n\tProficiency in using hand tools and machinery is a must.\n\tSoldering skills are required, or the ability to be trained and certified under the company’s standards program.\n\tMust be capable of meeting IPC-WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards.\n\nOther Duties: \n\n\n\tEnsure the production of a conforming product that meets all specified standards.\n\tReview all relevant documentation before starting production.\n\tIncorporate quality into the product while adhering to labor standards.\n\tVerify and date the production operation sequence upon completion.\n\tNotify the quality inspector for in-process inspections as required during production.\n\tRework any identified non-conforming products and submit them for re-inspection.\n\tAdhere to all company rules and regulations.\n\tConduct testing for electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integrations, assemblies, test platforms, and components used in defense, aerospace, avionics, and industrial applications.\n\tMaintain accurate test reports.\n\tPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\n\n
