Summary: Seeking experienced Cable Assemblers for RF Microwave cable and connector assembly with strong soldering skills.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic math skills

Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures

Computer skills for specific programs and documentation access

Strong documentation/record keeping skills

Ability to work from product drawings, written, and verbal instructions

Ability to use mechanical inspection equipment (drop indicators, calipers, interface gauges)

Preferred Skills:

Direct RF Microwave cable and connector assembly experience

Applicable Soldering Certification for Cable Assembly (e.g., J-STD-001, IPC-A-620)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF Microwave cables and connectors per specifications

Set up and operate assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures

Conduct necessary product inspections

Monitor assembly processes and recommend improvements for quality enhancement
