**Job Title: Cable Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cable Assembler for a 1st shift position. The role offers a flexible start time but requires working 4 x 10-hour days from Monday through Thursday. **Responsibilities** + Assemble wire harnesses + Work with Mil-spec connectors + Solder small components onto PCBs and cables to connectors + Work under a microscope + Use small hand tools for electronic work + Work in a clean room environment + Sit at a work station for the entire shift + Follow wiring diagrams, customer specifications, drawings, and blueprints **Essential Skills** + Soldering + Assembly + PCB + IPC + Wire harness assembly + Electronic assembly + Experience working in a clean room + Experience with round connectors - Mil-spec connectors + Crimping **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Current or expired IPC and J-STD certifications + 2-3 years of experience in wire harness assembly + More mechanical than electrical experience preferred **Why Work Here?** Join a company that operates in the Aerospace and Professional Services segments, offering opportunities to work on exciting projects such as systems integration, structural modifications for ISR aircraft, custom gun controls and defense electronics, aircraft avionics manufacturing, and more.
