Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Cable Pullers for projects located in and around San Diego, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $19/hour based on experience & skill level.  If you are a Cable Puller and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Cable pulling/placementWork with sheathed cables of various sizes/weight through ducts & stuffing tubesMove equipment and/or materialPush long, flexible steel ribbon fish tape or rods through ductsAttach wire to rod or fish tapePull wire through ducts Attach wire to cable & pull cable through ducts by hand or using winchProperly secure and band cables once pulls are approvedMonitor a prescribed area of concern & keep records of any suspicious or potentially hazardous conditionsActivate appropriate alarms and promptly contact emergency response personnel as necessaryOther tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Must have OSHA 10 Maritime, Firewatch CertificationMust have proper PPEMust be a US Citizen Must pass Drug ScreenMust be available to work any shift as needed
