**Job Title: Cable Technician Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking an entry-level candidate eager to start a career in low voltage cable installation. This position involves traveling to various industrial, commercial, and new construction work sites in the Nashville area. The technician helper will follow a technician who will be laying and installing cables, ensuring the work is done correctly while learning the trade. **Responsibilities** + Assist the technician in laying and installing low voltage cables. + Inspect cables to ensure proper installation. + Travel to various work sites in the greater Nashville area including Murfreesboro, Franklin, Madison, and Columbia. + Be open to working overtime, including occasional Saturdays when needed. + Work 40-50 hours a week depending on the project. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. **Essential Skills** + Willingness to learn a new trade. + Ability to present oneself professionally in front of clients. + Motivation and eagerness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience + Experience with hand tools + Basic understanding of construction and installation processes + Interest in electrical and low voltage cable work **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to learn a trade and grow within a company.
