Summary
At Precision Solutions, we are seeking a Cabling Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Washington, DC. This role requires an active Top-Secret Clearance and involves leading the structured network cabling design and installation practices, ensuring conformance to industry standards, and overseeing critical project tasks.
Responsibilities
Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable itemsEnsure strict conformance to program task schedules and pricesLead the effort to secure and protect all government information and ensure the IDP meets all RFQ requirementsParticipate in all phases of the installation design plan with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentationInterface with senior management and contribute to client negotiations, where decision-making and domain knowledge have a critical impact on overall project implementationRequirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in structured network cabling design and installationMinimum of five (5) years of documented CAD experience and CAD certificationProficiency in Microsoft Office productsExperience in tracking and reporting project costs and schedulesEducation/Certification Requirements
Must be building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) certified, and a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)Clearance Requirements
