**Old Harbor Solutions** , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **CAC Support for VRC (General Clerk)** to join our Team in **Panama City.**
The General Clerk will provide ID card services to Naval Support Activity Panama City and Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Provide ID card services to all personnel assigned to host and tenet commands, other military service personnel, retirees and their dependents, and verified contractors.
· Process Common Access Cards (CACs) in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
· Serve as a Verifying Official on Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification Systems (RAPIDS) terminal and validate inputted data for accuracy and correctness.
· Answer telephone inquiries and assist customers with questions concerning identification card eligibility, application requirements, and associated DEERS inquiries.
· Return failed or retrieved CACs to the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) in a timely manner.
· Verify and update customer personnel data in accordance with DoD, OPNAV, Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS), and other references, instructions, directives and policy.
· Provide support in resetting Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), verifying and updating Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates, etc.
· Update DEERS information in accordance with IAW the RAPIDS User Guide, BUPERS INST 1750.10E, and DoDI 1000.13.
· Initiate CAC requests and distribute CACs and PINs in accordance with the RAPIDS User Guide.
· Verify the identity and eligibility of authorized DoD beneficiaries, issue DoD Identification Cards and perform DEERS updates in accordance with DoD regulations and instructions.
**Desired Qualifications:**
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
· Working knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and military terminology commonly used within office settings.
· Working knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, scanners and other office automation systems.
**Additional Requirements:**
· Obtain and maintain all required DOD online training and appropriate certifications for operating DEERS/RAPIDS Systems.
· A minimum of one year experience in a customer service environment.
· HR background in a minimum of one of the following disciplines: Military Pay, Military Personnel, Travel Claims, or Navy Transportation. Substitutions for HR background can be from similar experience gained in either the private sector or other Federal Agencies.
· Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to access and manage information up to and including the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level.
