·      Create original art based on direction from customer projects and trends for market development.

·      Ability to take direction well from customers and directors when creating designs for prints, jacquards, and woven.

·      Take inspiration from samples and transform them into unique and marketable home textile designs.

·      Effectively communicate and illustrate your design vision and collaborate with the Design and PD team.

·      Prepare artwork for printing and develop detailed Tech Packs for all new designs, ensuring clear specifications for samples and production.

·      Prepare color-correct printouts of art and trend boards for presentations.

·      Collaborate with the overseas design team.

·      Help with preparing the showroom for market week 2 times a year.
