CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the role** As a CBRE CAD Designer, you will design and prepare electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium-scale projects. This is a hybrid role with about 3 days onsite in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and 2 days work from home. **What you’ll do** + Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use. Review updated various drawings for changes, using computer-aided drafting techniques. + Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports. + Assist with the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct. + Point of contact for internal and external partners to acquire details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes. + Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding. **What you’ll need** + Associate’s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + AutoCAD 2018 or newer version required. + Knowledge of CAD standards “AIA & ISA” preferred. + Understanding of Arch/MEP drawings and systems preferred. + General Revit knowledge nice to have; not required. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
