Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or drafting and will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for building envelope projects. This role requires precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans for building envelope projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.Utilize CAD software to create and modify drawings.Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.Assist in the development of project documentation and reports.Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Strong understanding of building envelope systems and construction methods.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
