Job Title: CAD Design Draftsperson

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced CAD Design Draftsperson to join our team. This role is ideal for an independent-minded CAD professional seeking a position of responsibility in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work independently and collaboratively to prepare plans, applications, documents, and graphical materials in support of land development projects including site plans, subdivision plans, road plans, profiles, cross-sections, storm-water management plans, plot plans, septic system plans, variance plans, environmental permitting plans, etc.

- Prepare land surveys, topographic mapping, utility mapping, wetland mapping, as-built plans, etc.

- Communicate and coordinate directly with clients, subconsultants, architects, attorneys, and government agencies as needed.

- Research and review documents such as agency regulations, application checklists, and project-specific standards to ensure required information is included and appropriately formatted on plans and documents.

- Make and document revisions to submitted plans in response to client requests and agency comments.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Newton, New Jersey.
