Job Title: CAD DrafterJob Description We are seeking a motivated CAD Drafter with a high school diploma and a strong interest in using CAD software. The ideal candidate desires a long-term career in drafting, is open to learning new software, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and has a go-getter attitude. Responsibilities + Perform drafting tasks using Microstation. + Collaborate with a team led by a QC Specialist after initial training. + Learn and adapt to new software as required. + Maintain a high level of accuracy in all drafting work. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, Microstation, Solidworks, and Excel. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates degree or certificate in CAD (preferred). + Experience with ESRI ArcGIS (preferred). Work Environment This position is 100% office-based with no fieldwork. The office environment is fast-paced and requires handling a heavy workload with minimal supervision. The dress code is business casual, meaning no jeans or sneakers. Working hours are from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees will work in cubicles and will receive 100% on-the-job training for the first 1-2 weeks, after which they will join a team led by a QC Specialist.
