Job Description
We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our growing team in Kennett Square, PA. The successful candidate will work on land development projects using Carlson software, ranging from light commercial to residential development.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and design land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land Desktop
+ Create grading plans, topographic plans, and erosion/sedimentation plans
+ Perform earthwork calculations
+ Draft and design subdivision projects from start to finish
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience with land development or subdivision projects
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land Desktop
+ Associates degree or equivalent experience
+ Experience with Carlson software
+ Proficiency in drafting and design for land development
+ Ability to create detailed topographic and erosion plans
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in subdivision design
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
The candidate will work 5 days a week in the Kennett Square office. The team consists of 15 employees who are either in the office or on-site every day. The work schedule includes four 9-hour shifts and half days on Fridays. The position offers 2-3 weeks of PTO and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
