CAD Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our growing team in Kennett Square, PA. The successful candidate will work on land development projects using Carlson software, ranging from light commercial to residential development.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and design land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land DesktopCreate grading plans, topographic plans, and erosion/sedimentation plansPerform earthwork calculationsDraft and design subdivision projects from start to finishEssential Skills3+ years of experience with land development or subdivision projectsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land DesktopAssociates degree or equivalent experienceExperience with Carlson softwareProficiency in drafting and design for land developmentAbility to create detailed topographic and erosion plansAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in subdivision designStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment

The candidate will work 5 days a week in the Kennett Square office. The team consists of 15 employees who are either in the office or on-site every day. The work schedule includes four 9-hour shifts and half days on Fridays. The position offers 2-3 weeks of PTO and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
