CAD Drafter Job Number: 353277 Category: Engineering First / Mid Mgmt Description: Job Title: CAD Drafter Location: Ponca City, OK Zip Code: 74602 Start Date: Right Away Job Type: Contract Keywords: #Drafter #CAD #OKjobs #EngineeringJobs JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Pick up redlines from Designers in AutoCAD * Pick up redlines (Schematics & P&IDs) from MOCs to support Document Control * General AutoCAD work for Design Team * Work under the direction of Engineers and Designers * Must be able to function with little supervision * Set up CAD environment including libraries and layers * Use Ponca City Refinery's design standards and project procedures to create project drawings including the following but not limited to: Schematics / Isometrics, P&IDs, Building layouts, equipment layouts, cable tray/pipe routing, Pipe schedules, Installation Details and Bill of Materials REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-5 years of experience in Drafting * Worked in a similar capacity * AutoCAD knowledge * Basic computer/PC skills * Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge * Must be able to function as part of a project team * Able to interact and work with a diverse work group (Mechanical and/or I&E Designers, Engineers, Contractors) * Basic knowledge of Process & Instrumentation Symbology * Knowledge of Drafting standards, methods, and practices * Must be able to work safely in an office and refinery environment * Must be able to perform field walk downs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience using Falcon * Experience in SAP * Associate Degree in Design, Drafting or Engineer Tech If you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
