Job Title: CAD DrafterJob Description We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to review engineering design packages, including drawings, BOM, and procedures. You will perform basic to intermediate engineering designs and create single line diagrams. Additionally, you will survey and document existing utility field conditions using GPS and conventional survey methods. You will contribute to design modifications to improve project quality and process improvements, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, working in a collaborative team environment. Essential Skills + Proficient in AutoCAD. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions around energized equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates or Diploma in CAD or equivalent is preferred. + Certification in Drafting is a plus. + Experience with drafting, design, and Microstation. Work Environment This is an in-office role working alongside experienced Designers and Project Managers. The role may require fielding of distribution poles. A two-week training will be provided at the site of the Utility to gain hands-on experience. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience working with a large-scale Investor Owned Utility in the Greater Philadelphia Region, with potential for a long-term, full-time role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
