CAD Drafter
Adecco has partnered with a home manufacturer located in Leola, PA. They have an immediate opening in the Engineering Department for an experienced CAD Drafter. This a Direct Hire opportunity. M- Friday 7-3:0pm **Job Responsibilities:** + Create code-compliant drawings from conceptualization to finished product including production floor plans, full kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts, all framing, roof, walls, electrical, and DMV, water supply and gas lines schematics. + HUD, Modular, and Commercial construction packages for various customers in the Northeast. + Cooperate and collaborate with operations, sales, and quality assurance departments. + Work closely with local and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance with building standards. **Job Qualifications:** + Effectively communicate with all personnel and management within an organization + Excellent organizational skills + Ability to multi-task with distractions in an active office work environment + Working knowledge of the following building codes: HUD Federal Construction Code 3280, International Residential Code, National Electrical Code, International Plumbing Code and Gas line layouts. **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
