The CAD Manager is responsibile for the management of construction document production processes including collection and communication of design and consultant documentation and standards to support Project Lead and CAD Associates.  Management of construction documents, details and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with  K. Hovnanian standards and procedures, as well local, state and national building codes. Administration of timeliness and quality of construction documents to business units and other business partners.

Requirements include a minimum of a four-year degree in Architecture/Construction or Project Management including knowledge of CAD-related software, preferably in residential design, or an equivalent amount of related education and experience. At least 10 years of experience in the industry, including at least 5 years in project management.
