**Job Description:** **CAD Operator - Architectural** **Abu Dhabi, UAE** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **CAD Operator - Architectural** to join our team! **What You'll Be Doing:** + Ensure that all designs comply with project specifications, compliance with codes and standards and Developer Guideline standards and requirements. + Review and evaluate architectural designs, GFA Calculation for compliance with project requirements and regulations. Confirm with accuracy. + Provide technical analysis and recommendations to ensure design solutions are practical and efficient. + Revise drawings and plans as requested ensuring that all changes meet the project requirements, codes, and standards. + Prepare detailed reports and feedback on design reviews. + Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software. + Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate drawings. + Organize and archive completed drawings and project files for easy access by project stakeholders and for future reference. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in design review, preferably in the real estate development industry. + Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations. + Proficient in design software (AutoCAD). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Good communication and teamwork skills. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Software experience of Revit / BIM is advantageous. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
