Responsibilities:
Will have direct oversight and responsibility for company AutoCad (2004) drawing database. This database includes system documentation, PID, architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, including general arrangements, rack layouts and utilities. Maintain and update redlined drawings and coordinate with required engineering firms to ensure accuracy. Will verify field measurements, create and revise documents, and revision control of design documents. Provide direct support to project engineer(s). Communicate and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation in both paper and electronic format (databases) through the documentation library. Update and maintain document management system, coordinate change controls and support document requests, including formatting, copying and issuing procedures, work instructions and drawings. Responsible for compliance with Controlled substance documentation and accountability procedures while maintaining high alert to diversion and theft possibilities. Performs other related assignments and duties as required and assigned. Requirements: Requires an associate’s degree, or full certification, in a related field combined with 5 years pharmaceutical experience. Requires 2 or more years of hands-on AutoCAD experience in a pharmaceutical/ engineering environment. Required knowledge of P&ID’s, loop diagrams, etc., and the ability to walk-down/reconcile drawings with field devices etc. Part-time (10-15 hrs/mnth)
