Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CADD Technician to join our team! In this role you will get to support the design and installation of technical security systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

Produce to scale architectural drawings representing site plan layouts.

Produce to scale architectural drawings representing floor plan layouts.

Produce to scale wall elevation drawings depicting layout of electronic and electrical equipment.

Produce isometric details of electrical and electronic equipment. Produce riser diagrams.

Produce electrical diagrams and single-line drawings.

Produce schedules.

Ability to read, interpret electrical and electromechanical schematics and architectural drawings.

Ability to perform architectural surveys and elevations.

Communicate effectively with Design Engineers and other staff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

The candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of SECRET security clearance.

Associates degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology (experience may be substituted for education)

Ability to travel 10 - 20% to various overseas locations over a calendar year.  Domestic travel may be required for training and coordination.

Use Autodesk AutoCAD software including AutoCAD 15, 18 and MEP

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Three progressive years of direct experience and CADD Certificate preferred

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Secret

Salary Range: 

$29.42 - $51.49
