**Job Title: CADWELD PLUS - QUALITY** **Job Description** We offer comprehensive training on your shift after orientation. You will work in a small assembly line department where your tasks include putting powders into small cups, sealing the lids, using a scale to weigh the cups, and placing stickers and labels on the small cups. You will stand on your feet for the entire shift and work closely with 6-8 other team members to meet daily production goals. The environment is fast-paced and repetitive, requiring the ability to read a scale and work instructions, lift 30 lbs, and perform cycle counting. Saturday hours vary by shift: 1st shift (5am-11am), 2nd shift (11am-5pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-5am, Friday night). Pay is competitive with a base rate of $16/hour, plus department pay of $2/hour and shift differentials: 1st shift ($18/hour), 2nd shift ($20/hour), and 3rd shift ($19.50/hour). **Hard Skills** + Machine Operator + Troubleshooting + Hand tools **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio. **Work Environment** No cell phones or electronic devices of any kind are allowed in this department due to static electricity. You will be required to stand on a grounding mat a few times during your shift to ensure there is no electrical charge. PPE is required, including 100% cotton clothing, steel toe boots, and hearing protection (provided). The work environment is a very fast-paced machine shop where safety is paramount. This facility primarily stamps and makes fasteners for the steel industry.
