**Job Title: CADWELD PLUS - Quality (Assembly line)** Pay: ($18-20/hr.) **Job Description** Join our team and become an integral part of our innovative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking dedicated individuals to work in our small assembly line department, where you will be trained on your shift after orientation. This role involves standing for the entire shift, working closely with a team, and ensuring production goals are met daily. **Responsibilities** + Stand for the entire shift + Work in a small assembly line department + Place powders into small cups and seal the lids + Use a scale to weigh the cups + Work closely with 6-8 team members to meet daily production goals + Perform tasks in a fast-paced and repetitive environment + Read a scale and work instructions + Lift up to 30 lbs + Place stickers and labels on small cups + Perform cycle counts and packaging duties + Operate hand tools and perform machine troubleshooting **Essential Skills** + Ability to read work instructions in English + Capability to lift 30 lbs + Experience in a fast-paced production environment + Possession of steel toe boots + Willingness to work Saturdays with mandatory overtime **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine operation and troubleshooting + Familiarity with hand tools + Ability to maintain safety protocols, including working without cell phones or electronic devices due to static electricity risks **Why Work Here?** Experience a dynamic and supportive work environment with ample opportunities for growth.
