Job purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems (PDS is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Working Student in Computer Aided Engineering at our Krakow Technical Center in Poland. As a Working Student in Computer Aided Engineering, you will support the local technical center team in all activities related to conducting system-level design analysis, NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) analysis and Structural Analysis. Key responsibilities + Help develop and validate CAE models for driveline systems and integrated drive modules + Assist in conducting system-level design analysis to evaluate efficiency and performance + Support NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) analysis to identify and mitigate potential issues + Contribute to structural analysis to ensure component durability and reliability + Aid in optimizing driveline components through various methodologies + Document, report and present analysis findings and recommendations What we’re looking for Qualifications: + Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field + Basic knowledge of driveline components and NVH principles + Interest and willingness to learn Computer Aided Engineering tools and practices + Good communication skills in English + Availability at least 20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: + Previous internship or project experience in automotive engineering + Interest in EV and ICE driveline systems Personal Attributes: + Proactive, results-driven and team-oriented. + Exceptional organizational and time management skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
